Now that your website is up and running, here are a few tips and tricks to get the most out of it and to keep it updated and running.
Begin by logging into the “administration area” or the back end of your website. Visit your site’s login page by placing “login” after your domain name (e.g. http://example.com/login). Now log into WordPress using your username and password.
After logging in you are on the main Administration Screen called the Dashboard. This is the central control hub where you will be able to access the various parts of your website.
Clicking on the User Icon in the top right corner will allow you to view and edit your profile information, eg. changing your display name, password or profile picture.
